Your card images stay on your device

CardGrid processes every image you drop into the tool entirely in your browser. Your scans are never uploaded, transmitted, or stored on any server we operate. When you close the tab, nothing of your images remains anywhere but your own device.

Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect:

• Your email address, used for login and account communication
• Your subscription plan and billing status, managed through our payment processor
• Basic usage counts (such as how many grids you've generated this month), used only to enforce plan limits
• Any grid layout templates you choose to save, so you can reuse your preferred settings — these contain only layout preferences (sizes, colors, column counts), never your card images
• Your IP address at the time of account signup, retained briefly to prevent automated abuse of free accounts

We do not collect or have any access to the contents of your card scans.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your plan status. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Third-party services

We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to run CardGrid: Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and our database, and Stripe for payment processing. Each handles only the account and billing data described above — never your card images, which never leave your browser in the first place.

Data retention

We keep account, billing, and saved template data for as long as your account is active. Signup IP addresses are retained only for a short rolling window used for abuse prevention, then discarded. If you delete your account, we remove your account data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain billing records by law.

You can request a copy of your account data or ask us to delete it at any time by contacting us below.
